This particular design is based on a life time obsession with eyes. In my case they represent two opposing ideas; that they are liquid mirrors reflecting the world, keeping the inner secrets of the self protected but also the opposite, that they are a doorway to the diamonds of the soul. By placing the eye on its end the symbol becomes obviously female circled by a ring of flames, the eye itself a pool of green water.
